A beautiful calming neutral painting.
These feathers were created initially unintentionally with a wedge tool.
They came to life as I moved the paint around the canvas - working to make sense and create a coherent image. 
 
It was a nice surprise to see feathers form from my hand movements - as I had been admiring and photographing a magpie feather earlier the previous week. 
 
This painting is a twin to 'Going Within'.
