WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
I ship internationally. If you live locally (Dublin or surrounding areas) please select COLLECT LOCALLY option at the checkout and we can bypass the postman / additional costs! I'll be in touch to organise delivery.
All shipping is by tracking number.
WHAT ABOUT PACKAGING?
Original paintings are wrapped in bubblewrap inside recycled cardboard boxes.
Fine art prints are signed, titled and dated by Jennifer in pencil. They are packaged in archival tissue and rolled inside sturdy cardboard tubes. Smaller prints are packaged with a backing board inside a cardboard envelope.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are not 100% happy with your original art purchase, you can return it to me for a full refund (excluding costs of postage).
Please note prints cannot be returned, as these are printed to order.
WHAT ARE THE PRINT QUALITY LIKE?
I use a Irelands longest established printing studio who print fine art, museum quality archival pigment prints. They really are just like the original!
DO YOU DO FRAMING?
Fine art prints do not come framed. Fine art prints are archival quality and need to be framed behind glass, which is a nightmare to put in the post. I recommend you bring your print to a framers to frame them for you. Some paintings are sold framed (it depends on the canvas type) as I like to sell all my original work ready to hang.
CAN I PAY FOR A PAINTING IN INSTALLMENTS?
I would be happy to facilitate this for you. Please email me at jennifergrogan1@gmail.com with the details of the painting you wish to purchase and I will reserve it for you with a deposit. You can pay the balance in instalments as per our agreement.
WHAT IF I AM BUYING A GIFT?
If you wish to gift art, but can't make a decision (art is so personal, right?!), why not consider an e-gift voucher? You will receive an email with a unique code for the value of the voucher for you to print or email to the recipient. I would also be happy to post this to the recipient, with a personalised message on your behalf, using a handmade unique gift card - just get in touch with me with your request and message. E-gift card vouchers have no expiry date and can be used towards the purchase of any available item on this website.
